ReNerve Receives Additional $139,537 in R&D Tax Incentive Refund

ReNerve Limited (ASX:RNV) (“ReNerve” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that it has received an
additional tax refund of $139,537 relating to the Research and Development (R&D) Tax Incentive program,
based on an assessment of its overseas research and development activities. This amount is in addition to
an initial $377,069 that was received in September 2024, resulting in a total R&D refund of $516,606.
